If your card design doesn't work on your iPhone, or you're not happy with it, write to support@cardwrapper.com within 14 days of buying, with your order number or the email you used. We'll refund you in full to the same payment method. You don't have to explain why.

How long it takes

We process refunds within 2 business days. Your bank usually shows the money back within 5 to 10 business days.

Digital content

The designs are delivered right after payment. Where your local law lets you cancel a digital purchase, this guarantee gives you at least that, and it doesn't take away any rights you have by law.
